For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for a Plant Project Manager to grow our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and monitoring of extensive engineering projects and/or of complex subprojects,
• Responsible from transfer projects from one location to another,
• Checking and supplementing the project requirements specification or project charter,
• Check risks as well as time and economic dimensions,
• Record project status and monitor project progress, decide on counter measures in case of deviations,
• Ensure compliance with economic goals, project specifications and external regulation (e.g. environmental and safety) within the project scope,
• The management of project members requires giving instructions within the project,
• Developing project management methods, best practices and providing training to project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, has experience in transfer projects,
• Excellent command of English is required,
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SAP.
