QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for a Logistics Leader for our Manisa facility.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics professionals. 
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. 
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. 
  • Ensure the availability of inventory and materials to meet production and customer demand. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation services, including freight, carrier selection, and route optimization. 
  • Monitor the performance of transportation partners and ensure compliance with service agreements and safety regulations. 
  • Implement inventory control and management systems to optimize inventory levels. 
  • Minimize excess and obsolete inventory through efficient forecasting and planning. 
  • Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and rotation. 
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. 
  • Implement lean logistics and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations. 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. 
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. Familiarity with industry software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS). 

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., CSCMP, APICS) is advantageous. 
  • Excellent command of English is required,
