Technical Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a  Manisa based Technical Procurement Specialist who will be reporting to Technical Procurement Manager.

Who we are looking for:

• Graduated from Engineering Departments of Universities. ( Preferably Mechanical / Industrial Engineering )
• Min. 3 years experience in Procurement Department
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Italian knowledge is a plus)
• Good level of SAP and MS Office knowledge ( SAP ARIBA knowledge is a plus )
• Knowledge of Drawing Programs are plus
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Project management skills and team working ability
• Driving licence
• Mobility is necessary

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading technical procurement processes by providing the best conditions in terms of quality, price, delivery terms, technology and sustainability in accordance and compliance with centrally defined guidelines.
• Scouting for potential suppliers, new products, technologies, systems and services.
• Managing all procurement activities for OPEX and CAPEX and achievement parameters in terms of defined requirements.
• Managing Purchase order activities
• Coordinate all projects with related departments and managing the deadlines for the fulfillment of all tasks which required to finalize projects on time.
• Managing Contract Process with Related Departments
•  Performing Risk Management Activities
• Managing Dashboard and Reporting Studies periodically
