We are seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to support the growth strategy of FARPLAS both locally and globally. 

Reporting to Talent & OD Team Leader, the ideal candidate will; 

• Establish recruiting support with hiring managers to understand, anticipate future departmental needs and determine recruitment efforts to focus on minimizing position fill time
• Source and attract candidates by using multiple recruitment platforms including internal job posting and referral system
• Participate in employer branding activities held through various channels (Linkedin, Social media, Company Web Site, SAP Jam, University career days) 
• Manage the entire applicant life cycle including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing candidates and background screenings. 
• Access candidate’s technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude through online assessment tools. 
• Lead the onboarding process and coordinate with other departments to assure successful orientation and hire 
• Ensure that the organizational charts are always up to date at the system. 
• Conduct exit interviews and regularly report the outcome to the related parties. 
• Generate, monitor and anlayze HR metrics dashboard and create monthly presentations to guide the recruitment and retention process. 
• Support Talent & OD Team Leader with employee engagement activities, performance appraisal, career planning, learning & development processes when needed. 

• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Demonstrated experience screening applications to determine qualified applicants. 
• Experience with HRIS (Preferably SAP Success Factors, LMS) 
• Experienced in generating reports, analyzing and interpreting the data 
• Ability to establish and build productive working relationship with hiring managers, external networks and other stakeholders 
• Ability to function as a team member and independently with minimal supervision in a high demand, high volume, multi tasking environment and maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. 
• Self-driven and well organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities, making effective judgements as to prioritizing and time allocation.
