 QUALIFICATIONS

The House Hotel Hospitality is opening a new F&B concept in a shopping mall. 

 We are now seeking a Restaurant Manager to join for a new opening Frikadell Restaurant in Istanbul Ümraniye 

The role of the Restaurant Manager is to be very hands on operation. To lead, motivate and energise the team and to be responsible for the entire operation and financial performance of the venue in accordance with company standards. The first key responsibility will be to establish the pre-opening pathway for the new restaurant. This will include focus on project and support coordination with suppliers and contractor 

 Key Responsibilities İnclude: 

Project Management 

Operations Management 

Recruit, Manage, lead and mentor Managers and Staff 

Maintain overall vision – Business and marketing objectives

The Ideal Candidate: 

Minimum 8 years professional hospitality senior management experience

Hands on operation. Working with the team as a manager/leader 

Previous Opening Experience

Excellent management, delegation and presentation skills 

Strong influence, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills

Excellent business acumen 

Finds problem areas, develops solutions and gets the job done
