Key Accountabilities

Ensure timely purchase packaging materials to support plants operations

Ensure timely purchase raw materials, commodities etc.. to support plants operations

Perform supplier evaluation and selection as per Evyap standards and sourcing strategy

Generating procurement projects according strategic sourcing initiative process and detailed plan for execution and follow up on progress and implementation

Perform purchase price analysis, understand volume & technic specification and coordinate them with stakeholders such as planning, R&D, Quality, Production

To develop more sources of supplies and negotiate the price, quality and delivery to meet company requirements

Develop supplier partnership to identify and develop ongoing total cost reductions

Ensure data sharing to global for running a tender or other related business needs

Lead to the related purchasing team to achieve KPIs.

Negotiate and manage the contract process

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or relevant fields

Preferably professional experience (5-7 years) in a similar role especially in FMCG sector.

Fluent in English

Very strong communication and negotiation skills

Proactive, result-oriented and analytical mindset with strong project management and follow-up skills

Having no restrictions for travelling
