QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our sales team and ensure smooth operations of the back office functions related to sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with order processing, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and complete information about products, services, pricing, and order status.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order entry and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

• Maintain customer databases and update customer records with relevant information and interactions.

• Work closely with production, supply chain and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment and shipment tracking.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and sales presentations as needed.

• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing sales materials.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service for production B2B/B2C company

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.

• Knowledge and experience in flexible packaging would be a plus

• Knowledge of Business Central is a plus

• Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with back-office operations

• Fluency in Turkey (native) and English (upper-intermediate)


Skills & Knowledge Required

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
