• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• Fluent in English,
• min. 10 years of experience at real estate management, shopping mall management, retail,
• Deep knowledge and experience in disciplines such as marketing, finance, facility management
• Having the perspective of creating value with customer experience and performance focus
• Taking responsibility of annual business plan, budget management and P&L of the shopping center
• I can live in abroad

Job Description

• Executing the center’s business plan in line with financial results and strategic goals,
• Monitoring and reporting local market developments,
• Developing marketing strategies for the realization of the center KPI’s,
• Working in coordination with the headquarter teams on legal and collections issues,
• Managing, coordinating, and reporting on the annual opex budget,
• Keeping and boosting team spirit in the center management team and evaluating performance,
• Controlling and coordinating the level of service and quality in all outsourced support services,
• Collaborating with tenants, suppliers and other partners of the shopping center to achieve better results.
