ERSAN KAUÇUK is a company which produces rubber and rubber-metal products for OEM's and Tier 1's in local and international markets.In our groving organization , we are looking for 'Production Manager' who will directly reports to General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in engineering .
• At least 5 years experience as a production manager in Tier 1's.
• Very good knowledge and experience on rubber production process , knowledge on plastic and metal process is a plus.
  
• Experience on applications of lean methods.
  
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Team-oriented, problem solving and project management skills
  
• Live/Willing to live in İstanbul-Asia Side
