We are looking for a “Corporate Communications Specialist” to join our head team inIstanbul / Atasehir.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Preferable in Communication, Public Relations and Marketing Communication fields.
• A minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role, preferred experience in Corporate Companies, PR firms.
• Strong knowledge of English.
• Experience developing and leading media relations and PR campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Excellent communicator who communicates effectively through written and oral communications.
• Remarkable writing and listening skills in order to draft clear and concise press materials, letters, correspondence within tight deadlines.
• Experienced at visual communication principles, Coordinating third party relations with PR, Event and Media Monitoring agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills such as self-motivated, problem solver, proactive, team player.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Military service completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Reporting to the Communications Manager, the specialist will work directly with corporate communications team and will be responsible for all group companies.
• Create content for internal and external communication tools; presentations, communications plans, corporate communications materials, media releases etc. 
• Provide support and assist in organizing internal and external events.
• Coordinates the relations with event, PR, digital media agencies.
• Ensure all digital channels (web pages, social media accounts etc.) are managed up to date.
• Propose and find new ideas and concepts for corporate gifts and promotions.
• Build strong relationship and trust with related departments.
