Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronical Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years of R&D experience in similar positions and Industrial companies,
• Fluent English language is a must,
• Knowledge of Lean Principles,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Strong communication and team working skills,
• Self-motivated,
• MS Office, SAP and 3D Modelling knowledge,
• No military obligation,
• Live/Willing to live in Çorlu or Çerkezköy.

Job Description:

The Research and Development Engineer will use multidisciplinary engineering knowledge to design and develop innovative cable products in support of company’s strategic plan.

• Searching the innovations, opportunities, and improving areas in cable industry,
• Designing and implementing new cable products, including development of materials, physical construction and process optimization,
• Providing internal and external technical support for current cable products,
• Developing and implementing cost reduction projects,
• Creating test plans, reports and analyzing data,
• Being responsible for internal and external technical support of current cable products,
• Layout of departments, utilities management,
• Training of operators and management of pre-serial production activities,
• Maintenance of Master Data, BOM, Routing,
• Working methods definition and measurement,
• Products maintenance, in terms of introduction and modification,
• Knowledge and respect of Safety and Environmental laws,
• To give technical support to Purchasing Department for the Cable Department.
