With 2 million vehicles and 93 thousand employees, We are looking for a “Partnership & Campaigns Supervisor” who will work at the Turkish headquarters of ENTERPRISE RENT a CAR the largest car rental company in the world, in Istanbul.

What You'll Bring?

• Min. 3 years of experience in in revenue oriented Partnerships Management or Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in English.
• Analytic mindset to understand the goals and measure them
• Holistic approach towards the business dynamics and willingness to take ownership
• Car rental business experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and influence skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up and manage all process of a current or new partnerships, including deal, agreement, entegration, campaigns and performance reporting.
• Keep the communication to get continious optimization from partnerships and own campaigns with pricing and marketing team.
• Get involved to agile teams to maximazie the volume of the Business.
• Building up partnership strategy and projects; developing long term relationships and new campaign ideas based on partners & our needs.
• Create communication and commercial calendars while keeping business needs in priority in relation with the multiple partners. Prioritize Enterprise's performance in collaboration with the partner.
• Leading joint business plans with partners through covering up Enterprise’s and partners’ business agenda and ensuring 360° campaign readiness including communication, technical aspects...) to maximize performance.
• Analyzing KPIs before and after launch within the partnership concept projects: defines the KPIs, makes the required comparisons and finalizes the results.
• Keep up with marketing trends
• Asisst to Develop and execute a comprehensive and partnerships strategy aligned to our growth ambitions, establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Attract, build and enhance relationships with potential partners.
• Work closely with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product and Legal to integrate partnerships initiatives seamlessly.
• Track KPIs to measure the success of partnerships, and evaluate performance of existing partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with consumer-facing brands.
