• Graduation of an Engineering Degree ( Mechanical or Electrical)
• Good Technical understanding
• At least 1 year of experience as SMIW with a minimum rating of 75 %
• At least 3 years’ of experience as a team leader in the Installation division
• 2 years as technical advisor for subcontractor
• Knowledge of and Working in accordance with local Safety  Regulations
• Good knowledge of the applied software; Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP skills preferable
• Goal-oriented, communicative, assertive, conscientious, well-structured & diplomatic approach, quality-conscious, independent, able to work in a team, able to make decisions
• High level of flexibility and geographical mobility as well as willingness to frequently go on international business trips
• Good command of the English language (B2 acc. to CEFR), German language is plus
• In possession of driver´s EU class B license
• Military service completed for male candidates

Job Description:

• Coordinating and supervising the organization of the site
• Checking hours of work
• Ensuring compliance with project schedule (including on-time handover of project)
• Monitoring project costs
• Proper project preparation:
• Attending project kick-off meeting
• Checking the necessary certificates and occupational medical examinations of the installation team
• Checking NC reports from Production and creating orders
• Organizing special equipment
• Requesting material assisting in changes to the delivery schedule, requesting cables, prestressing tendons
• Optimizing team deployment and coordinating with the subcontractor dispatcher where necessary
• Technical Support
• Coordinating NC management and correcting the assignment of serialized components (SAP)
• Ensuring up-to-date work procedure instructions and assembly instructions are used
• Optimizing processes in view of organizational aspects
• Ensuring compliance with OHS, EM and QM
•  Creating and sending construction site reports
•  Ensuring installation documentation
•  Preparing handover of the project to Service
•  Checking that the project specification and subcontractor contract are in agreement
•  Assessing claim notifications
