To support our team in İzmir, we are looking to recruit a Supplier Quality and Development Specialist / Installation Crane & Logistics

• Degree in engineering
• Expertise and work experience (preferably in wind, energy, of Energy Project Industry)
• Experience in working with matrix organization
• Able to work on multiple phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results affecting project completion
• Able to work independently and drive topics, team, suppliers
• Good Communication Skills
• Good technical comprehension and proactive team player
• Supplier Management, Audit Management,VDA 6.3
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel and MS-Power Point
• SAP R/3 skills preferable
• Good command of the English language
• In possession of driver´s license
• Military service completed for male candidates

Job Description:

• Quality Engineer for Installation Crane & Logistics
• Should have sound knowledge PLM activities, Turbine Installations, Crane and Logistics
• Development of supplier base at regional/local and global level
• Qualified and approved pool of suppliers based on category and region
• Supplier performance metrics in terms of performance, quality delivery, cost
• Capacity vs Demand to direct the supply chain during serial phase
• Standardized Quality management system and cost recovery process
• Creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures
• Supplier selection and qualification with benchmarking
• Supplier development
• Supplier evaluation through performance monitoring metrics
• Development of approved suppliers through supplier specific action plans based on on-site review/audits and periodic assessment
• Periodic Quality review and strategic target agreements (permissible defect rate, ppm, non conformance)
• Serial Supply (supplier) Integration with focus on minimizing supply risk and cost competitiveness
• Experience in developing new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness and be the conduit between the Procurement and the supplier
