General Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering
• Ability to work independently and drive topics, team, suppliers
• Good technical comprehensive and proactive, self-confident team player
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills  
• Able to multi-task and handle deadlines
• Experience in working with matrix organization
• Expertise and work experience (preferably in wind, energy, of energy project industry)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Good command of the English language
• Military service completed for male candidates

Job Description :

• Creating and implementing best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures
• Selecting suppliers with benchmarking
• Evaluating suppliers through performance monitoring metrics
• Developing approved suppliers through supplier specific action plans based on on-site review/audits and periodic assessment
• Developing supplier base at regional/local and global level
• Electrical/Electronic test requirements ( routine and type )
• Creating qualified and approved pool of suppliers based on category and region

The ideal candidate;

• Should have strong process knowledge about electronics ( PCBA, Switch Gear, Transformer and Cabinets )
• Should have knowledge in IEC requirements
• Should have expertise in studying drawing electrical circuits
• Handle expertise in resistance meter, surge test, HV machine
• Should have experience in developing new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness 
• Should have knowledge in Supplier Management, Audit Management, VDA 6.3
