Job Description

Emlakjet is looking for a Product Specialist to work as part of our Product Management team. The Product Specialist collaborates with business, design and technical teams to define requirements, analyzes competitor products, manages product backlog and prioritizes tasks in order to deliver high quality products. The Product Specialist is responsible for successfully translating business requirements into user stories, analysing tasks and clearly communicating them to design and development teams, conducting user acceptance tests and monitoring product KPI and metrics.

Key Responsibilites

• Analyzing business requirements,
• Creating deliverable user stories and defining acceptance criteria, 
• Managing and prioritizing product backlog,
• Working with agile development teams; attending their daily scrum, planning and retrospective meetings, 
• Being involved with all phases of product life cycle including analysis, design, testing and monitoring success metrics. 

 QUALIFICATIONS 

 Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Technologies etc.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Specialist or equivalent, 
• Having experience working with Agile development teams or being familiar with Agile methodologies,
• Being familiar with User Experience and User-Oriented Design concepts, 
• Ability to use Google Analytics, Hotjar or equivalent analysis tools, 
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products,
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines,
• Strong communication, problem solving, management and presentation skills, 
• Strong analytical and decision making skills combined with usage of analytical tools, 
• Being able to adapt and respond quickly to rapidly changing and demanding environment, 
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities with minimal supervision, 
• Ability to work both independently and / or as part of a team,
• Fluency in English.

• Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, 
• Mid-advanced knowledge in Google Tag Manager, 
• Ability to use A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize or equivalent, 
• Ability to use JIRA, Trello or equivalent tools.
