Job Description

In our company, Within the Quality Department, which supports the gathering of the material, machinery and manpower resources of the enterprise in a way that ensures the production of a certain amount of product with the desired quality, at the desired time and at the lowest cost.

We are looking for a colleague who has at least 2 years of experience in researching, maintaining and developing Supplier Quality Management systems, following the legal regulations and evaluating their compliance, and suitable for the following job description and qualifications.

·           Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and maintain supplier quality activities.

·           Review and make recommendations on quality data and contribute to the development of part / supplier specific quality issue resolution and corrective actions,

·           Creating and sharing 8D after quality issues related with suppliers and following up 8D closing process,

·           Plan remote or on-site meetings and audits with suppliers,

·           Solving issues in Quality or other departments, providing overall leadership for quality and reliability of products,

·           Identifying root cause through data analysis for preventive and corrective actions and assist in standard corrective action recommendations,

·           Conducting supplier FAI approval processes,

·           Suggesting and implementing improvements needed in the supplier development and receiving inspections.

·           Will be responsible for return materials process.

Qualifications

·           Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or related departments,

·           At least 2 years working experience in Supplier Quality Management

·           Knowledge in quality system such as ISO 9001 or ISO 16949

·           Flexibility in terms of travelling

·           Advanced written and oral communication skills in English,

·           No military service obligation (for male candidates).

·           Good MS Office and SAP knowledge of advantage.

·           Residing in Manisa or Izmir
