Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will join our head office in Istanbul.

What you will be doing:

• Offering day by day timely service support to the Customer Centres via the service call database.
  
• Continuously improve the product quality by a proactive failure reporting follow up. This includes analysing warranty reports, being the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) and participating in the product quality meetings (PQM).
• Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest life cycle cost by giving a strong involvement in the project team meetings (PTM).
• Prepare and Provide Spare parts list, Service kits, maintenance schedule for the machines.
• Ensure the documentation like parts manual, operation manual are inline with the CTS requirements, 
• Provide accurate and up to date service information related to the product range.
• Provide and develop technical training in conjunction with the competence development group.
• Work closely with the engineering team for CAPA on warranty failures and new product development.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Technical knowledge on compressors and/or compressed air ancillaries is a must.
• 3 to 5 years exposure to a similar technical environment.
• Software skills like MS Office, Lotus Notes, BPCS, Novision, would be an asset.
