QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As their recruitment consultants, we are looking for " Sales Manager " for our customer, who is active and leader in the e-commerce sector;


Direct Reports:

  • Account (Client) coordinators, specialists and assistant in Istanbul head office.
  • Sales and operations team in Ankara, İzmir and Antalya branch offices

Job Definition:

Carrying out and increase the sales of products and services of the company in accordance with the strategies established by the management.


Responsibilities:

  • Helping his/her superior to manage A type and B type clients,
  • Managing relations with C type clients,
  • Helping General Manager and Assistant General Manager by finding and gaining new clients hence increasing clients base,
  • İncreasing the job satisfaction among team by maintaining and increasing the motivational and development skills of direct reports and preserving the work balance among team members,
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team Coordinate the sales team,
  • Managing and controlling sales and sales operations, determining, applying and improving sales policies,
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and fully utilizing resources,
  • Help create sales budgets, make sales forecasts, follow-up sales operations and report progress,
  • Performing necessary analysis and researches to create distinct or generic industry-specific reports.


Requirement:

  • University graduate from related fields,
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience with minimum 5 years of middle level management experience,
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates),
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Products. Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus,
  • Oral and written proficiency in the English language,
  • Not discharged for a just cause,
  • Analytical, open minded and result oriented,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
