Warehouse Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ‘’Warehouse Associate” to be in Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Leading the operations with regards to distribution & warehousing of products within the supply network,
• Driving cost efficiencies, leverage global best practices & sustainability initiatives,
• Managing daily distribution and shipping activities,
• Analysing, understanding, designing, standardizing, documenting and digitalising of warehouses work and data flow,
• Experiencing at Blue Collar & White collar management,
• Studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses,
• Managing the improvement projects of probable risks and designing the optimal work area structure,
• Training and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long term performance goals,
• Managing, making sustainable and reporting 5S Activities.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related departments of universities,
•  Experience in Warehouse, Logistics or similar position min 5 years,
•  Good command of written and spoken English,
•  Advanced user of MS Office applications,
•  Preferably knowledge of SAP SD Modul, AXATA (WMS), QDMS
•  Experienced in inbound and outbound warehouse,
•  Key skills and abilities include proactive, analytical thinking and problem solving,
•  Strong communication skills with excellent organizing and planning skills,
•  Active driver - B class,
•  No restrictioons for travelling,
•  Lives/can live in Sakarya.
