Logistics Operations Manager

 DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for “Logistics Operations Manager” to be employed in Akyazı Plant. 

• Bachelor’s degree, 
•  At least 5 years of Warehouse & Logistics Operations Management experience,
•  Leadership capability – ability to engage, inspire and manage accountability, 
• Good Presentation Skills & Influencing, 
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain processes and financial data analysis,  
• Good negotiation skill with internal cross-functional teams,  
• Good command of both written and spoken English, 
• Knowledge on SAP SD and MM Modules, 
• Lives / can live in Sakarya. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and improving budget and effective cost tracking and gap analysis, 
•  Responsible of managing Logistics operations in 5 plants and locations,  
•  Optimization of all logistics processes and cost control,  
•  Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilizationin the warehouses,  
•  Managing warehouse and transportation operations, 
•  Ensuring the pallet and product returns on time, 
•  Maintain and improve health and safety, hygiene and security standards, 
•  Take a lead role in building team, culture and engagement.
