QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s Degree

·7+ years marketing and B2B client management experience required

·Understanding Sales activities exprience is big plus

·Experienced with CRM platforms

·Experienced with Email, database, and digital marketing

·Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint

·Experienced with Google Analytics

·Team player with an ability to work cross-functionally

·Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills

·Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions

·Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines


Responsibilities

·Responsible from 30.000 paid and unpaid Wedding Related Customers in Turkey

·Manage whole process with those customers except Sales. Including after sales, portfolio management, reporting, and CRM

·Develop and execute B2B marketing plans

·Define and implement strategies to reach our key stakeholders

·Create and manage interdisciplinary projects that maximize B2B client loyalty and satisfaction

·Responsibility for client’s database growth with a focus on revenue and performance to drive traffic

·Identify and arrange meetings with clients and make B2B client loyalty presentations

·Direct cooperation and support to sales department and sales activities

·Calculate and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for customers

·Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

·Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist sales department in the acquisition of B2B clients

·Customer acquisition using both offline and online methods

7 - 15 years of experience
