Required Knowledge and Skills:

• University degree in Law,
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a reputable law firm or at a multinational company,
• Advanced English (both written and spoken),
• Solid legal notion,
• Good organizational and follow-up skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through and meet deadlines,
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Military services completed.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be working mainly on these topics; Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law,
Transport Law and Compliance.

• Provide guidance and advise on corporate and commercial issues, conduct research and draft memos into a variety of legal topics,
• Draft, review and archive all types of contracts both in Turkish and English,
• Work in close collaboration with outside counsels to coordinate and follow-up the litigations,
• Manage formal correspondences and notifications to or from public authorities and other third parties,
• Archive and arrange all type of legal documents,
• Organise and follow-up the signatures of board members from other countries,
• Handle the company’s online systems for reporting and archiving,
• Follow new legislation and daily monitor Official Gazette,
• Give necessary support to in house legal counsel.
