QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferably in science or engineering discipline,
  • Minimum 5 years International experience in Medical field in Sales or Marketing
  • Experience in Team Management,
  • Fluency in English, both written & spoken, 
  • Strong Analytical and strategical thinking, 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Good time management skills, 
  • Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule, 
  • Relevant product and market knowledge ,
  • Passion for sales and enthusiasm for role and to be able to deliver exceptional customer service, 
  • Self-driven, proactive approach with good ability to prioritize and work without close supervision
  • Strong computer skills-MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, quote system software, CRM software, etc.

  • Reporting to Sales and Marketing Director
  • Responsible for regional sales and management of the team
  • Managing the sales cycle, ensuring that sales quota is achieved in all assigned categories.
  • Forecasting and reporting of sales in short, medium and long term
  • Responsible for filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win & loss deals
  • Analyze competitor activities, products, price policy
  • Reaching sales and profitability objectives the area by identifying needs and opportunities of the market
  • Following up tender business - Setting and achieving sales targets and business plans
  • Managing Budget for the accounts
  • Planning, organizing and realizing customer visits
  • Developing strong relationship with opinion leaders
  • Conducting Customer and User Training
  • Active representation of the brand, attending national/international congress/fair events
  • Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region
  • Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume

5 - 15 years of experience
