QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experince in Automotive and/or Wind Industry/ Chemical/ Defense Industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 17025, 50001, AS 9100, VDA 6.x and other relevant quality management systems.
• Advance proficiency in QDMS & MS Office & Oracle ERP applications.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies for quality improvement, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data from quality control tests and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and overseeing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills together with active listening.
• Strategic thinker, problem solver, result and action oriented.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Residing or to be residing in Yalova, Karamürsel or İstanbul (Anatolian Side).
• Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To monitor/control the quality of products and processes (process) and to ensure its continuity, to plan and implement the corrective and preventive actions required for quality, to manage the activities to be done for zero customer complaints,
• Developing proactive approaches and systems without receiving customer complaints, ensuring the integration of these new systems into the quality management system,
• To have the authority to upgrade the quality of the products whose quality has been reduced after being evaluated according to the current Quality Evaluation criteria,
• To support product development and/or process development projects for product and process design-development,
• Evaluation and follow-up of analysis, test, etc. for all kinds of internal and external research for the clarification of customer complaints,
• To ensure that quality policies are regularly reviewed and updated
• Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• To ensure that corrective and remedial actions are carried out for the development of Process Quality, Product Quality and Quality systems,
• To ensure that the process performance indicators (KPIs) and related activities determined in accordance with the company's purpose and strategic orientation for the process it owns are carried out in accordance with the targets and on the desired deadline.
• To provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives and manage the team under its responsibility, improving the performance and motivation of team members and contributing to their individual development,
• To ensure that the team under its responsibility, the other departments within the company it works with, and the subcontractors/contractors it receives service from also comply with the Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
