QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Engineering Faculties (Industry, Computer, Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred),
  • Min. 7 years of experience in B2B Sales,
  • Preferrebly, 3 years of experience in SaaS,
  • Experienced in the development and management of the Partner network in the field of Saas (finding new Partners, setting and tracking strategies, goals; carry out programs for Partners' skills improvement etc.),
  • MES-MOM, automation systems experience (ProManage or similar MES/MOM platform knowledge is a plus),
  • Be able to adapt to R&D studies related to software and hardware development in      information technologies, having strong skills at communication at C-/Managers' level, presentation, sales techniques and customer relationship management,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Thinks & acts strategically and comfortable in leading change, strong negotiation skills,
  • Able to travel international and domestic,



JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Through market and network research at international and domestic, will be responsible to identify the potential Partner candidates in prioritized geographies;      contact and develop relationship to introduce ProManage/Doruk; become a trusted advisor for Partners & Customers,
  • With the agreed candidates: Sign Partnership agreements; run programs to develop Partners' skills for selling ProManage solution; identify and track annual targets,
  • Creating and monitoring the business partner tracking and reporting system,
  • Introduce and present ProManage solutions to the Clients directly, to support the development of business partners,
  • Orchestrate all sales processes with the Partners (e.g. Support Partner activities by coordinating ProManage/Doruk resources -marketing, technical, business, legal, financial- and internal processes),
  • Express the processes related to ProMANAGE MES-MOM solution projects with presentations suitable for the customer, Creating and selling sales opportunities, Will negotiate the terms of the contract and increase the sales and profitability of its territory,
  • Will be able to participate in customer purchasing processes early and make value based sales with the role of reliable consultant,
  • Identify the claims and needs of customers, will follow the customers in its portfolio, make active customer visits,
  • To find new corporate customers and contact them, to conduct market research in order to reach the sales targets,
  • Present pre-sales and after sales reports to the management systematically and periodically via CRM,
