Early Works Manager

Qualifications;

• Graduated from Civil Engineering Departments, 
• Minimum 10 years strong technical and international background in Project Management, (Preferably experienced in prefabricated superstructure and infrastructure projects)
• Fluency in English, Result oriented, self-motivated and enthusiastic learner, good communication skills, 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and leading the project.
• Completed military service.

Job Description and Responsibilities: 

• Management experience in ensuring coordination between all disciplines of the project (construction, mechanical, electrical, administrative works, etc.).
• Leading as the first outgoing of the project.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to Top Management and Project Steering Committee members and permanent invitees by organizing project steering committees and providing project status reports. 
  
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks and ensure that team members have the tools needed. 
  
• Participate into workshops, projects or steering within projects/tasks that he/she is a part of the project team. 
  
• Planning, budgeting, following-up and coordinating projects, in relation with transverse departments.
