Döktaş Dökümcülük is a leading company in Turkey specialized in manufacturing of iron and aluminium castings supplied to automotive, heavy commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery industry.  Döktaş which has three plants and 3000 employees in Turkey was acquired by Güriş Holding in July 2018.

We are looking for “Sales Engineer” with the following features to work together in our production facilities located in Aluminium Plant in Manisa.

•     University degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering
•     At least 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in Aluminium)
•     Good command of English both written & spoken, preferably in German
•     Good knowledge of MS Office Applications and SAP SD module
•     Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•     Good communication skills
•     Systematic and results-oriented
•     Strong negotiation ability
•     Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
•     No military obligation for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION

•     Responsible for providing demonstrations and presentations regarding all aspects of company
•     Focus on delivering business value, closely partnering with sales management in assessing customer needs
•     Responsible for maintaining effective communication, written and verbal, with current customers
•     Establishment, development and maintenance of a network to potential customers
•      In close cooperation with internal interfaces, especially from the areas of planning, engineering and production. Act as the bridge between operational team and the customer
•     Follow up customer orders, production process and product shipment
•     Provide after-sales service to customers
•     Preparing offers for new projects and customers. Active role in price and contract negotiation
•     Regular update of product price lists, internal and external announcement of updated prices, management of price and orders on SAP
•     Providing data, internal, external periodic/non-periodic reporting
