General Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines, from a reputable university.

·       Min 3 years experience in IT, technology and planning departments.

·       Very good command of both written and spoken English

·       Project managment expertise, technical information and certification are preferable

·       Highly competent with MS Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)

·       Proactive, curious, excited and eager, can bring new perspectives and ideas, questioning,

·       Team spirit and strong in interpersonal relationship

·       For male candidates, military service should be completed

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Supporting the organization's information technology development, cyber security and transformation strategy. To make the implementation plan for the system , information security, network components of the determined strategy and work in the follow-up processes.

·       Following  IT trends and creating long-term IT infrastructure strategies.

·       To contact corporate customers  for contributing to determine business needs.

·       To analyze projects that need infrastructure, and to meet the needs in the fastest and most efficient way within the framework of Doğuş Group standards.

·       To create Capex budgets for IT infrastructure needs, to follow and report budgets in line with the company's goals.

·       Conducting TCO analyzes on the infrastructure periodically, initiating technology renewal projects within the framework of the strategies created.

·       To make annual resource planning within the framework of consolidated purchasing and competition creation strategies, to ensure the supply of the need collectively and on time.

·       Providing feedback to Technical Procurement teams regarding the execution of supplier relations, determining the content / scope of contract and maintenance agreements, supplier performances.

·       Preparation of reports that will produce output for senior management

·       Creating an annual capacity plan.

·       Monitoring and improving the KPI’s which set to the TO&CS budget

·       In all processes described above architecture, design, planning, presentatıon etc. preparing the documentation.
