Job Description:

• Monitoring trends, macroeconomic outlook, and developments that may affect the group and group companies.
• Conducting market and competition analyses and supporting the formulation of corporate strategies in line with group vision.
• Performing analyses on existing subsidiaries through financial and sector-specific KPIs to feed portfolio assessment.
• Evaluating investment, divestiture, and strategic partnership opportunities in various sectors.
• Supporting due diligence, valuation, and feasibility studies in relation to structured finance, M&A, and JV projects; supporting negotiations of transaction documents including SPAs, SHAs, and other legal items.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations for top management and third parties.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree will be a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, business development, strategy consulting, and corporate finance areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and structured thinking skills.
• High numerical capabilities.
• A collaborative and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to multitask.
