Sharing marketing strategies developed by Head Office, executing related actions and applications accurately in all Hotels.

• Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communication media effectively with corporate support team

• Coordinate partner, community and agencies

• Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the hotel brand

• Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with related hotel(s)

• Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs

• Assist and/ or complete additional tasks when assigned

• Must be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts

• Control and report marketing expenses and contribute to planning

  
  

  REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics or similar discipline

• 2-5 years professional experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Advertising, or Publishing with a demonstrated track record of successful results

• Industry experience in managing / marketing restaurant concepts is a big plus

• Must possess a proactive approach with innovative and creative mindset

• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Superior knowledge of social media platforms, networks, toolsets

• Content management of Divan web sites 

• Proficiency in  English verbal & written

• Assessing business goals, market requirements, customers, challenges, and opportunities within the area and input that knowledge into the creation of programs, etc.

• Must be innovative, organized, efficient and able to prioritize multiple projects while working with a team

• Effectively communicating with all levels of the company

• Strong work ethic and self-starter as team player and comes with can-do attitude

• Strong analytical, organizational skills

• Having professional manner in business attire and representing the company.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Working creatively, independently with a strong attention to detail

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Monthly activity reports, corporate presentations
