Import – Export Logistics Scheduler

Job Descriptions

• Will be responsible from import supplier planning to feed JIT (Just in Time) production line on time and export operations to various countries
• Will be responsible transportation from the supplier dock to Company warehouse and/or from the plant to customer dock, internal warehouse operations for the materials to support production.
• Check freight-in cost of materials and control according to given target. Able to improve the freight-in costs (Identify, develop and evaluate new saving opportunities)
• Will be responsible from payments for all import suppliers
• Good knowledge for all import custom operations
• Ability to work under stress and decision making success
• Follow daily, weekly, monthly KPIs, attend the meetings and follow the actions, FollowsInventory control and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Enginnering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistic or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years experience in import-export and Experience in custom clearance operations
• MS Office (word, excel, power point), very good knowledge in excel is a plus
• Must have good logical skills and should be detail-oriented
• Strategic consulting skills which move beyond adherence to analytical tools and methodologies; the ability to “think outside the box, provide comprehensive risk/benefit analysis and ability to present this information in a way that establishes reports, gains understanding and persuades others
• Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions
• Superior presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Good command of written and spoken English.
