QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

Graduating from relevant departments of universities that provide at least four years of education.

Being skilled in ensuring social harmony with people

Being able to take responsibility and being prone to teamwork

Being able to use PDKS and payroll calculation programs at a good level

To be familiar with the practices of the Labor Law, Social Security and Trade Union Law

Having a good command of English.

No travel restrictions


Responsibilities

1.To determine the periodic activities and targets.

2. Coordinating recruitment and orientation processes,

3. To forward job/wage offers to suitable candidates.

4. Completely implement the process written in Dinex Turkey "Personnel Transactions Procedure" for newly recruited personnel

5. Maintaining company HR policies and company culture,

6. Carrying out social services and inspecting cafeteria and changing areas

7. To provide/ensure working conditions in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation, statutes and regulations.

8. To ensure that the necessary protective equipment is used to carry out the work safely, and to carry out periodic checks and field inspections.

9. It is administratively responsible for detecting and punishing those who act contrary to the legislation and regulations of the relevant laws on occupational health and safety.

10. Ensuring that employees, especially blue-collar personnel, wear work clothes regularly within the factory and that their supply is organized.

11. To organize the accurate and timely preparation of declarations, forms, charts and all kinds of documents that must be submitted to the Social Security Institution, İŞKUR and regional directorates, TUIK and other local administrative authorities on behalf of Dinex Turkey.

12. To follow the collective labor agreement and the Trade Union Law and make the necessary adaptations and comply with the rules.

13. To prepare the annual personnel expenses and training budget.

14. Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work related problems to foster positive environment.

15. Communication and management of union activities.
