Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Department Supervisor, located in Istanbul, Turkey. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in the real estate department including coordinating and monitoring the sales and leasing processes, managing a team of agents, and reporting to upper management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in real estate, with 2+ years in a supervisory role

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of motivating a team to achieve common goals

Proficiency in sales and leasing processes, contract management, and financial management

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies for competitive markets

Familiarity with laws and regulations pertaining to real estate in Turkey

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Fluent in Turkish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in real estate development is a plus

Job duties: 

Supervising and managing the real estate department team and achieving the company’s goals. 

Follow the real estate market and analyze current and potential trends and changes in the market. 

Coordinate and implement marketing activities to increase the company’s visibility and attract more customers and investors. 

Preparing and submitting periodic reports to senior management regarding the department’s performance, financial analyzes and key indicators. 

Negotiating and managing the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate. 

Directing and training team members and motivating them to achieve the highest levels of performance and creativity. 

Dealing with clients and investors and providing professional advice and solutions.
