QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

The candidate will work for Digiturk’s CRM platforms. She/he will closely work with product owner and be mostly in communication with business, development, test teams. She/he will be a part of agile teams and serve as a problem resolver with her/his knowledge of complete system. Solution Architect will document business requirements, analysis document, flows, technical documentation. She/he will be responsible of E2E project cycle and follow up development testing and deployment processes.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business to identify business needs,
  • Work closely with development team leader  and developers to implementation design,
  • Work closely with test team to complete test processes,
  • Work closely with deployment team to plan and do deployment cycle,
  • Work closely with managers to solve problems, publish reports,
  • Being an active member of agile teams,
  • Desinging solution architecture,
  • Providing technical information to development teams,
  • Understanding data structure and desinging new feature on it,
  • Pre-analysing bugs, routing and managing problem management cycle,
  • Solving problems with his/her acquired end-to-end system/service knowledge,
  • Documentation of business requirements and related high level system design, creating users stories and backlog items, documentation of high level technical implementation details,
  • Creating and executing user acceptance test,
  • Supporting, Mentoring and Coaching development teams,
  • Managing E2E IT projects.

 

Skills

  • B.Sc. from engineering departments of universities, preferably computer engineering,
  • Minimum 10 years experiences of development and analysis, preferably Solution Architect beginning experiment,
  • At least completed one big IT Project successfully within own responsibility,
  • Strong problem solving skills,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business team,
  • Carring on development skills to help development team,
  • Agile practice experiences,
  • Knowledge on CRM, Call Center processes,
  • Knowledge on TMForum SID Framework,
  • Experience on PL/SQL, .Net C#, SOAP and RESTFUL services, React,
  • Knowledge new generation programming language about Web,Mobile,Mobile Web,
  • Ability and managing experience E2E development life cycle,
  • Experience on creating clear and lean documentation,
  • Jira and Confluence experiences,
  • Self-organizing, self-motivated, self and fast learning and autonomous,
  • Good performing under squeezed timelines,
  • Willingness to learn and gather information rather than waiting information.
