 Process Engineer (Cold Metal Forming, Laser Cutting, CNC Punching)

We are looking for Process Engineer indynamic organisation for specialized in testing and evaluating the processes to locate inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements to quality, productivity, safety, and decreasing the cost. This role requires deep knowledge in Cold Metal Forming, Laser Cutting and CNC Punching, products and production technologies.

Requirements:

·         University degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer.

·         Having English and/or Russian (fluency is needed to be the part of the global engineering team).

·         Min. 2 years of experiences in manufacturing (Especially knowledge and good understanding in Cold Forming, Laser cutting and CNC Punch prosessem)

·         Having good Computer Skills including usage Technical Drawing Software

·         Having knowledge and experience in Technology, R&D, and process improvement

·         Knowledge of materials, stainless and carbon steels

·         Knowledge in dies design

·         Knowledge in safety standards and their implementation at the Plant.

·         Basic understanding of statistical tools and analysis.

·         Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks.

·         Knowledge of Process Flow, Corrective Action and Problem Solving Methodologies in a manufacturing environment.

·         Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility

·         Self motivated and challenge the business with high energy

Definition & Responsibilities:

·         Standardization of manufacturing processes, machines, tools and equipment.

·         Recommending and implementing continuous improvement activities. In addition to having the capacity to come up with kaizen ideas, being able to test/implement them in the working area personally by building actual samples.

·         Working with Design and Process Documentation

       ·        Under supervising of Main Process Engineer for new and existing products designing tools, apparatus and fixtures, ensuring the order is placed and managing its status.

·         Controlling the Process requirements and implement new procedures. Being proactive in finding permanent solutions for engineering problems, organizing the order of work in the Factory unit (Cold Metal Forming, Laser cutting, Punch) and operational routes of parts (assembled semi-goods) according to the process and working instructions.

·         Promptly make decisions in Process questions arising in the production process, with the involvement of the Main Process Engineer of the Technical department of the Factory or Holding.

·         Collaborating with storage, designing material handling and caring about ergonomy.

·         Works on performance measurement of time and machining efficiency. Performance monitoring of the Factory unit (Cold Metal Forming, Laser Cutting, Punch) and reporting to the Main Process Engineer.

·         Training blue-collar operators including improving the awareness of workers in Quality. By getting feedback from the workers, being able to build conditions that make it easier and more productive for them to work.
