Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Operations & Sales Specialist who is dynamic, sales-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional customer service and operational support. This role combines customer operations with active sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with the ability to communicate and a drive to increase sales through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle initial customer inquiries via CRM and manage all incoming emails, assigning them to appropriate team members swiftly.
2. Deliver top-tier customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Manage daily communications within the team, disseminating crucial information about support requests, important emails, and potential sales leads.
4. Manage return processes, including organizing payment refunds and handling return logistics.
5. Generate accurate quotes and proforma invoices based on specific customer demands.
6. Maintain oversight of website orders, including tracking and updating shipment statuses, and promptly addressing any delivery issues.
7. Engage in proactive discussions with customers about their orders, understanding their project needs and requirements. Communicate with warehouses on issues and order processing.
8. Assist in account management tasks such as updating order shipping/billing addresses, VAT number changes, and distributing invoices.
9. Drive sales through cold calling and email campaigns, targeting potential new customers and following up on leads.
10. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent engagement through scheduled calls and email follow-ups.
Requirements:
Strong organizational abilities with a proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly proactive in addressing customer needs and driving sales growth.
Time management skills to offer service to customers from different time zones.
Nice-to-have:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the tech or IoT sector.
Proven track record of successful sales experience including cold calling and email marketing.
Proficient with CRM software, especially Hubspot.
