QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Delta Research Turkey, headquartered in Istanbul, is an international Customer Contact Center that works with qualified international partners.

For a new project in the energy sector we are looking for aTeam Leader Customer Contact for our Istanbul office, who will help to build, develop and lead a team of customer contact specialists for the Dutch market.

The job:

You will be the key user in our Customer Contact Team which will be newly set up to serve the energy market in the Netherlands. This includes answering client queries via phone and email as well as building, training and leading a talented team. You will benefit from the experience that our contact center in Istanbul has gathered in other markets and countries, so that you can give the Dutch customers the best experience they can get.

Your profile:

-        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented attitude

-        Experience in customer service and preferably as a team lead

-        Experience with training/coaching is an advantage

-        Analytical mindset with a focus on improvement of efficiency

-        Hands-on approach and willing to play an active role wherever you work

-        Experience with MS Office and CRM software

-        Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch. English and/or German is a welcome asset

-        Able to work in a positive and team-oriented way as a team lead, and as a part of the team
