Job Brief

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Our Customer Service Representatives provide support to existing and prospective customers in the United Kingdom.

 

Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities

   Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

   Responding promptly to customer inquiries

   Communicating with customers via phone, email and other internal systems

   Acknowledging and resolving customer issues

   Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

   Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

   Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

 

Requirements

   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

   Comfortable using computer

   Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

   Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

   Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
