M&A Services Senior Associate/Assistant Manager

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Finance is considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of corporate finance/due diligence experience with prime strength in Turkish M&A projects
• Experience of financial modelling, valuation and accounting
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• Proven originator and team player with sound judgement and initiative taking ability
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
• Communicating effectively with all levels of engagement management
• Developing excellent professional oral and written communication skills in order to establish working relationships with client personnel
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results
• Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years
• Willingness to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions              
• Performing financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation for M&A transactions
• Drafting information memorandums and other marketing documents for potential transactions
• Conducting industry, market, company-specific and potential investors research
• Coordinating data room during due diligence process
• Participating in the development of client pitch presentations
• Researching various industry specific and technical issues
• Researching M&A market issues and identify market opportunities
• Balancing multiple engagements and responsibilities
• Understands objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns own work to objectives and sets personal priorities
