QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant within our Human Capital practice, you will be expected to learn, understand and apply Deloitte’s methodologies to deliver exceptional client service. You will also be supporting clients with strategic change and organisational transformation to help them address complex organisational and people challenges. You will work on some of the people and organisation issues that improve business performance by making contributions to our clients in undertaking complex and diverse projects. 

In addition, you will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in teams and be comfortable with responsibility for contributions to specific deliverables and providing organizational support to the team. You will collaborate with senior colleagues throughout the client engagement and help with research, report preparation and presentation. 

This role will have you work across a range of people related challenges for our clients including: 

  • Disruptive change: Mergers and restructurings, functional and enterprise transformation programs, organisation design and culture change 
  • Capability development: We provide a range of learning and leadership services to improve executive and employee performance 
  • HR Transformation: We support clients in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions through operating model and service delivery design, HR programme design, process design, implementation, and alignment with corporate strategy. 

We are looking for professionals who have worked across multiple business domains / industries and have 3 - 5 years proven experience. Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • organisational change management,
  •  stakeholder engagement and communications, 
  • capability development, 
  • human resource transformation, 
  • organisational design, 
  • workforce planning 

Other Qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably in industrial), Business Administration or Psychology; Master’s degree in Human Capital Management or equivalent will be a plus. 
  •  Experience in a consulting firm is preferred 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English 
  • High-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Understands people-related issues and challenges 
  • Ability to coach and mentor others, engaging and personable 
  • Ability to work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members 
  • Ability to diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems 
  •  Ability to travel within and outside Turkey
  •  Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact 
  • No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years
