Functions;

·        Define and improve overall customer experience

·        Participate in day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including suggesting and executing business improvement initiatives, and gathering and addressing customer feedback.

·        Utilize data-driven decision making to identify growth and upsell opportunities and improve the performance

·        Help design process, structure, and tools to effectively grow business.

·        Monitor performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed

?Qualifications;

·        Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree

·        Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish

·        Understanding of new generation technologies

·        Able to switch between functions such as marketing and operations

·        Excellent usage of MS Office Tools
