Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 
• Minimum 7 years of experience (2 years management experience in multinational environment), 
• Excellent command of English, 
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint needed for Sr. Management presentations and reporting, 
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with particular ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, and the ability to create/maintain 3PL/vendor relationships, 
• No obstacle for travel.

Main Functions:

• Coordinating the warehouse and distribution tenders for countries in the region,
• Setting up 3PL warehouses and transportation network for countries in the region,
• Continuously monitoring 3PL and other operational (warehouse, transportation) performance metrics and adjust activities to meet or exceed performance expectations and customer satisfaction, 
• Implementing cost and process efficiency projects, 
• Preparation and monitoring of yearly budget, 
• Management of regional multinational team, 
• 3PL contract management, 
• Conducting on site visits to ensure all aspects of that required services are met,
• Coordinating as necessary with other departments (i.e., Store Operations, Planning, Allocation, Purchasing) to ensure logistics operations are completed efficiently and effectively and issues are resolved expediently.
