Marketing Specialist for Berire.com

Your main responsibilities will be:

· Set up and manage digital marketing platforms and activities, including but not limited to Social Media, email and marketing automation. And design, build and maintain our social media presence.

· Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

· Design, implement and continuously improve the customer experience for all customer segments across all digital marketing touchpoints to increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

· Devising strategies to drive online traffic website.

· Identify online audiences who are likely to convert on the website, and test paid digital marketing campaigns against each audience.

· Develop and maintain the consumer journey and develop audience segmentation & creative messaging to engage consumers at every stage of their lifecycle.

· Develop re-engagement strategies for lapsed consumers across paid media channels.

· Overseeing the social media strategy and supervise Social Media consultants as needed.

· Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales

· Responsible for online customer acquisition and retention to deliver continuous optimization and growth.

· Drive the digital marketing calendar and CRM activities, own the brand message and tone of voice.

· Work in close collaboration with the Web Manager and Supply Chain Manager to promote the online catalogue and maximize sales.

· Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

· Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

· Supervision and mentoring of the Customer Support team.

· Collaborate with influencers, marketing agencies and other vendor partners

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

· Collaborate with the Website Manager to create landing pages and optimize user experience

· Keep track of competitor social media landscape through monthly reporting and evaluation.
