About the Job 

As a Recruitment Specialist you will run the full spectrum of recruitment process, including working with hiring managers to define required skill sets, posting job ads, research, phone interviews, offer management, negotiation & acceptance from Junior to Mid-levels. 

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for a high volume positions
• Assisting to required HR reportings
• Arrangement of meetings and interviews
• Update and utilize databases and tools
• Sources and attracts active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, employee referrals, job boards etc.
• Promotes Danone as an employer of choice
• Delivers against the Global recruitment KPI’s

About You

You will be a part of Danone Turkey Business Services supporting the business across a range of Recruitment activity. To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• At least 3 years experience in recruitment (preferably in recruitment agency)
• English language skills in written and verbal communication
• Active networker and out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges
• Ability to source passive candidates to include cold calling and building relationships
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis
• Strong process management and improvement skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
