About the job

In the context of your job, you will report to Financial Reporting Manager and be responsible from the following requirements:

• Ensure that the financial reporting processes are compliant with the group core model and with the local rules
• Plan, animate and monitor all financial reporting activities
• Ensure the application of reporting instructions circulated by the Group consolidation team
• Provide that all financial information reported is strictly in line with the accounting records
• Reporting the management and statutory accounts of all Country Business Unit on time
• Manage accounts of all Danone Country Business Services are fully compliant with the Group reporting rules
• Ensure that the statutory accounts of all Country Business Units are fully compliant with the local reporting rules
• Implement action plans to improve the efficiency of the reporting process
• Monthly reporting and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated by the Finance Directors
• Prepare the financial statements for local / legal requirements (i.e. Pension trustees, minority shareholders, etc.)
• Support the Country Business Units in reporting financial forecast to the Group (rolling forecast, etc.)
• Contribute to lead finance projects as appropriate

About you

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:

• University Degree
• Fluent in English
• At least 3 years experience in reporting (IFRS and statutory )
• Audit background would be an asset
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
• Result oriented with solid analytical skills
• Proactive and multitask oriented
• Displays resilience, determination and flexibility
