About the job

As a “Discounter Key Account Manager” you will responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, and for delivering customer focused solutions based on their needs.
Also you will in charge of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building

• Generate sales for the company according to specified targets
• Manage trade spend (all associated funding) to the budget 
• Manage customer P&L and accountable for topline growth
• Lead the analysis on pre and post promotional evaluations that provide the foundation for improved future development of promotional programs and maximize (ROI)
• Develop channel and customer specific activations in coordination with trade marketing, marketing, operations and finance teams
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of products to customers according to their specifications
• Develop, present and implement joint business plans that meet sales volume goals, market share and profitability levels by product category and by customer within the assigned channels
• Identifying and assessing customers' critical needs and short & long term growth opportunities

About you

Targeted profile required to be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• Min 4-5 years of sales experience in food and/or consumer goods
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, relationship management)
• Proven competencies in customer focus, negotiation, priority setting and problem solving
• Geographical mobility is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• Able to manage time and projects effectively
