Job Description

Danfoss is hiring! We are looking for a leader who will join our sales team in Istanbul, Turkey.  If you combine strong sales background with knowledge of HVAC industry - this position is for you. You will report to Sales Director and work in a team of 2-3 people. The role is connected with  Danfoss Heating Segment.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Project and KA follow up for DEN Networks and District Heating Utilities
• Creating new opportunities and applications for new and existing District Heating Utilities
• Supporting funding solutions for DEN Networks with supervision
• Lobby activities actions within Municipalities and Ministry of Energy
• Leading role to implement Digital Infrastructure to existing and upcoming district heating projects
• Know how transfer to DEN utilities with training activities
• Responsible for top line sales and contribution targets

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years exprience in HVAC industry
• Management exprience is a must
• Fluence in English
• Engineering background (mechanical engineer preferable)
• Extensive travelling is requiered
• Multinational company exprience is a plus
• Proactive personality creating new opportunities
