• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent departments of the reputable universities,
• Min. 2 years experience in cement, ceramic or mineral processing sector,
• Having a good knowledge of cement process and plants is preferred,
• Good aptitude and awareness for field/troubleshooting work,
• Willing to work on theory and application together,
• Willing to learn production processes and able to do process improvement studies,
• Will be able to follow up and organize Production / Quality Control,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language is preferred),
• Excellent analytical skills,
• Must have the ability to complete assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision,
• Highly motivated individual able to work under stress and meet deadlines,
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Will take part in the production operation at Cement Production Factory,
• Be responsible for the overall development of the production process and ensure the continuity of production,
• Follow the production processes, adjust schedules as needed and follow the performance of the production system,
• Participate in the preparation of operating parameters in the setting of goals, targets, or record procedures,
• Take responsibility that goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time,
• Follow productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs,
• Contribute to the improvement works of the Occupational safety and health (OSH), Quality & Environmental Management System,
• Control the production-related information and stocks,
• Check analysis results and raw material reports,
• Prepare daily and monthly reports about production,
• Evaluate analysis results and reports,
• Working in coordination with other departments
