Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for “Maintenance Engineer” for Maintenance Section in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek

Qualifications

·      University degree (BS) in Engineering Department ( mechanical ,electric and electronics,mechatronics )

·      Minimum1 years of work experience 

·      Good knowledge of English

·      Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic

·      Good knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance activities

·      Good knowledge of Quality standards and documentation studies

·      Good knowledge of MS office programs

·      Good knowledge of AutoCad knowledge

·      No restriction for travel in and out of country,

·      Completed military service for male candidates

·      Driving licence (class B).

·      Resident in Sakarya

Job Description

·       To develop, plan, implement and document periodic (weekly, annual) protective / preventive maintenance activities of mechanical and electrical equipment in accordance with quality standards,

·       Opening work orders related to the works to be done in maintenance and repair shops and checking the activities,

·       Converting the incoming work requests / notifications into work orders, planning them to sub-units and following them

·       To store spare parts required for maintenance and repair, to control stock and to protect against any kind of damage and wear.

·       To ensure planned maintenance and repairs of support equipment and machines to ensure regular and efficient operation

·       To make cost calculations of spare parts, machines and devices made in the market, to monitor their production, maintenance and repair services and to control applications
